Return eligibility
Unopened returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened, worn, or damaged items.
Return costs
A $20 USD restocking fee applies to returns. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return postage.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 working days after we receive the returned item, allowing time for inspection. We cannot issue refunds to a third party. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges on the same product where a size option is available. Replacement items, when available, will be dispatched within 14 working days. If your chosen replacement size is unavailable, you will be refunded and notified by email. For a different design, please place a new order or contact us for help.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can review the issue and help.
